Ken Ungar Architect, AIA

Since 1989, Ken Ungar, Architect has been creating beautiful habitats for homeowners. A licensed architect in California, Arizona and Pennsylvania, Ken Ungar specializes in the design of custom homes. He is personally responsible for all aspects of the architectural process, including the design, construction drawings, permitting, and construction observation.

Working closely with contractors, Ken is the homeowners' professional representative who helps negotiate a contract for construction and oversees the execution of the architectural plans. Ken Ungar takes great pride in the high quality design of his many projects; equally important though, is each project's budget. After all, a design without a a realistic budget, is a design that most likely will not get built.

Holding a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a bachelor's degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Ken Ungar has won a number of prestigious awards including:
