Since 1989, Ken Ungar, Architect has been creating beautiful habitats for homeowners. A licensed architect in California, Arizona, Ken Ungar specializes in the design of custom homes. He is personally responsible for all aspects of the architectural process, including the design, construction drawings, permitting, and construction observation.

Working closely with contractors, Ken is the homeowners' professional representative who helps negotiate a contract for construction and oversees the execution of the architectural plans. Ken Ungar takes great pride in the high quality design of his many projects; equally important though, is each project's budget. After all, a design without a a realistic budget, is a design that most likely will not get built.

Holding a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley, Ken Ungar has won a number of prestigious awards including:

• 1994 "Gold Nugget" for "Best Home Under 6000 Square Feet," West Coast Builders Association

• "Log Home Design Ideas" magazine "Sharing the Dream" contest winner, 2000

In addition, one of Ken's homes is currently featured on the television show "Curb Your Enthusiasm." "Jeff and Susie's" home, where many interior and exterior scenes are filmed, has been featured on the show for the 2008 and 2009 seasons.
